In light of the recent developments surrounding the COVID-19 virus and its impact on business, Alan Barry Consultants would like to share with you the measures we are taking to mitigate the risks:
- All candidate qualification interviews will be conducted remotely (via Skype, FaceTime, etc) methods instead of in-person.
- Alan Barry Consultants will also be facilitating client interviews with candidates via remote protocols.
- Alan Barry Consultants has engineers, designers and detailers available for remote work.
- Our consultants have the tools and capabilities to remotely work on complex analyticals (FEA for example).
- Our account management team can remotely review our services and solutions with our clients.
- We have the capability of executing any required documentation (NDAs, working agreements, etc) through encrypted cloud-based software.
- Our recruiters are currently working from home and have all the tools to effectively source any position our clients need.
We understand this is a stressful time for businesses. We hope the steps we are taking can add value to your staffing & engineering project needs. Alan Barry Consultants believes in relationship-based sourcing but we also understand the current health risks.
